I was considering giving them a 4 star because they took off the full detail wash. But then considering they still was better then wash tub and charge less I had to go back up to a 5 star. I have used other full service washes and my biggest pet peeve is they never pay attention to the rims so I always have to end up taking car of them myself. Here I have to do the same but I am not expecting a full service wash nor am i paying for a full service wash. I like that they have multiple locations, and they have towels to spot dry your car and wipe your dash. The tires come out good too. So if you are looking for a good quick wash after the dirty rain This is the place.

My car broke down while there and Devin stayed an hour after closing waiting for the tow truck. Great customer service and I really appreciate it. It’s employees like that who make people keep coming back.

My mind was preoccupied with so many other things on Dec. 31, 2025. I’m embarrassed to acknowledge that for the first time in my 54 years of life, I locked my keys in my car as I got ready to vacuum it after going through the wash tunnel. I had left everything in my car including my cell phone. Jacob came to the rescue with one of the free services Go Car Wash offers to their members; Unlocking car doors. I had no idea but I was very grateful. He was professional, understanding and eager to help. Jacob works at the Evan/281 location. You don’t realize the horrible morning I was having and your help allowed me to turn my day around. Thank you very much!

Great customer service. I went through the car wash and when I noticed a large spot of dirt that was missed during the wash I informed Deven. He gave me a free, upgraded wash and resolved my concern. When I come back ill be signing up for a membership. Might as well put both vehicles on it.

Devon and his staff are always friendly and helpful and keep the place clean! The car wash does a great job! The vacuums work great! Plenty of clean microfiber rags
